ALTA-FIDELIDAD is an interdisciplinary and associative initiative with a conceptual and a commercial frame which brings together contemporary artists from Colombia and  Latin America from different backgrounds and disciplines.

  

The main objective of this society is to bring back to discussion and to stablish important reflections about the memory,the history and the social reality of  the Colombian and Latin-America's art and culture, themes somehow touched by all of the artist that have worked  with ALTA-FIDELIDAD, and how these themes place themselves in the International platform.

  

Being conscious of the big urge of confrontation and new propositions, Latin American society still has regarding social, political,economic and environmental issues, we wanted to push the artists whom already work some of these topics, to get together discuss and manifest a critic and well cemented posture on our continent life and reality, taking as communicative

strategy  the cultural and artistic gestures based in their personal experiences and researches.

Starting with the exchange of ideas and the practice of discussions beneath the different postures and dialogues, we want to build up a new epistemological and aesthetic proposal confronting the actual productions of art in Colombia and the world,

While rescuing some of the most important values from previous generations that had began the path of  essential social,

cultural, conceptual and aesthetic reforms while continuing to build up as well  a free national and continental identity.
